How it works
Step 1: Support nasal airflow
Insert the soft silicone nasal dilator to help your nose stay open when you lie down. Choose the size that feels most comfortable (S/M/L).
Step 2: Keep the mouth gently closed
Apply one strip of gentle mouth tape—no tight pulling. It helps keep lips together so breathing stays through the nose overnight.
Why dry mouth happens
When your nose feels restricted at night, your body switches to mouth breathing. That’s when dry mouth and 3AM water wakeups often start.
What you'll notice
Many people report less dry mouth in the morning and fewer wakeups for water. If you’re heavily congested, skip the tape and use the dilator first.
